Pulse Check Survey
As you implement Sprints in your team or across your school, it is crucial to seek regular and honest feedback from teachers. One simple way to do this is to use the Teaching Sprints Pulse Check Survey questions. Designed to be completed anonymously, this small set of meaningful questions will help you to gather evidence of individual teachers' and teams' experiences with the process.
We recommend you use an online platform to deliver the survey every 6 months during the first 18 months of implementation.
