Ricky Campbell-Allen

NSW, Australia

Dr Ricky Campbell-Allen is a researcher, facilitator and speaker with expertise in educational leadership and change. Ricky helps leaders and their teams improve their impact at school, network, organisational and department levels. She has significant leadership experience in education, working across schools, systems and the not-for-profit sector in Australia, Canada and the United States. Ricky is the Director of EdCapital, an education consultancy focused on professional learning, strategic facilitation, policy and research.

Formerly, Ricky was the founding director of an advocacy institute – the Centre for New Public Education (Australia). She has held system leadership positions in a United States school district and spent seven years as a teacher and middle leader in Australian schools.

Ricky holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Nottingham, where she investigated how system leaders help principals improve student learning outcomes. Ricky was an R G Menzies Scholar at Harvard University and holds a Master of Education from Harvard and a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Hons) from the University of Sydney.

Brendan Lee

Hi, My name is Brendan Lee and I am driven to help bridge the gap between research and practice. I believe that every young person deserves to receive the best education, but I also understand that implementing it can be tricky! Currently, I try and support that through writing, hosting the Knowledge for Teachers podcast and working with schools.

Terri Lynn Guimond

Alberta, Canada

Terri Lynn is a lead learner who serves as a Principal with Evergreen Catholic Schools in Spruce Grove, Alberta. She is an avid consumer of knowledge and seeker of change. In her more than 20 years in education, Terri Lynn has explored learning in all grades, from kindergarten to grade 12, and as a result brings a systems focused mindset to school based problems of practice. She has firsthand experience with the power of Teaching Sprints, agility and instructional coaching to move practice forward and relishes the opportunity to dig deep, look broad and re-imagine learning.
